WS-Theme grants you a revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use products sold on the WS-Theme website in accordance with the following terms and conditions.
WS-Theme products are available through different ways. Extensions are delivered and sold on this Website and most of our Themes are sold on Themeforest. All Extensions are distributed using either the WS-Theme Proprietary Use License or the GNU General Public License (GPL). For details on the different product licenses and granted usage please visit our license page.
2. Product Delivery
As soon as you have carried out payment for a Extension and we can acknowledge receipt of the money, we will email you your download informations. In case you have not received an email from WS-Them within 24 hours, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com and we will resend you the download details manually. After receiving our email with your download details you have immediate access to your download. The email address you give should be valid as we will use it to contact you. We therefore recommend to use your main email address.
We provide technical support for WS-Theme products only with our support system. We will not provide any support via Facebook or Twitter. If you have any presales or billing questions please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. During our general support hours Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT+1), we will make every effort to respond to your queries within 12 – 24 hours if not sooner.
We know there is a difference between what is considered technical support and customizations. We are committed to help you with any type of support query, however we can't provide extensive help in terms of customizations. In general customizations may look simple but you will require solid knowledge of web technologies and programming skills to do them or hire a professional who can do it for you.

4. Refund Policy
Please note that with one exception (see below), WS-Theme does not provide refunds to digital goods sold through ws-theme.com. This is a common practice in our industry. WS-Theme stands behind the quality of our products, but we do encourage that site visitors 'test drive' our Joomla templates and extensions through our demo sites before committing to a purchase. This will help prevent 'buyer's remorse' and ensure the product you are evaluating meets the requirements of your Web project or vision. You may also contact our support team for additional information about a product. In addition, visitors are encouraged to download our free products. Once you've bought a product, you will have access to the download for a limited time.
The only case in which a refund would be issued is when a product does not match the original description. In order to proceed with a refund request in such an instance, please open a dispute on PayPal. After evaluating the concern, we may grand the refund through PayPal.
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases and addressing any customer service issues.
WS-Theme gives no warranty or guarantee for our themes and extensions in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the theme design. We cannot give you the guarantee that the products will work with all third party extensions. Please be aware of that. We guarantee that our themes and extensions work with the current version of Joomla. We cannot guarantee though that they will work with future versions of Joomla. Also, WS-Theme products will always be developed for the latest Joomla version. We cannot guarantee how long phase-out Joomla versions are supported. This decision is solely made by WS-Theme.
