Found a bug in one of our products? Please provide us the steps to replicate the bug and we will do our best to solve the problem.
If the product does not display like in our demo pages, please provide us with login details and we will try to fix the issue for you.
We are always willing to help you to identify technical problems and give you tips or tutorials how to configurate the product.
3rd party products
Our products are tested to work without problems at a clean Joomla installation. If they don't work with 3rd party extensions or templates, we can help you to locate the issue but we can't guarantee to fix the problem.
If you are using a old or outdated Version of a product or an older version of Joomla, we will try to help you to solve the issue but there is not much we can do if you don't update to the latest versions.
Customization is nothing we offer in our support policy. Of course you're free to ask but in most cases we are not available for custom work. Please use other Services or freelancers for this task.
If you are working on localhost and would receive help from us this could be very tricky. We can't check the Debug Console or our favourite Tools to detect Errors on your site.

We're no technical experts in Server or Hosting Questions and that isn't also our task. So if the product isn't running cause of such problems you have to ask your Hoster for this.
You or your Clients are still running old Browsers like IE8 and below or old iOS Versions? We're sorry but we only support modern browsers like Chrome, Firefox, IE9+ and similar.
You have bought a product a year ago and now want to update your site or Joomla Versions and run into problems? We only support valid purchases for last 6 months.
